  • First female director of a performance brand and motorsport for an automotive company (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles)

  • Started her automotive career working in automotive dealerships before becoming a business development manager for Volkswagen of America’s credit division where she worked in wholesale and retail finance and commercial lending for Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley and Lamborghini franchised dealers

  • Worked as operations manager for Aston Martin the Americas

  • Joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in 2011 as the director of marketing and operations for their performance division, SRT – Street and Racing Technology, and motorsports

  • Her teams earned three national titles including the factory Viper team’s GTLM Championship in the IMSA series, the Pro Trans Am TA2 championship, the Xfinity and Monster Energy Cup Championship for Dodge with Team Penske in NASCAR

  • Launched Grace Autosport in 2015, a professional race team of women and an initiative to promote STEM education for girls

  • Launched Paretta Autosport in 2021 to lead diversity initiatives across professional racing disciplines starting with NTT Data INDYCAR series and the Indianapolis 500-Mile race

  • Named AutoWeek magazine’s “Secret People” who will change the car world, as well as a “Game Changer” by Sports Business Journal for her work with Grace Autosport

  • Member of the Board of Directors of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America


WHERE IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE YOU’VE BEEN? WHAT TOOK YOU THERE?

Competing at Le Mans with the SRT Viper team. Why? I was privileged to be there for work - racing is one of the best jobs in the world! It can bring you to interesting places.

WHAT STRATEGIES DO YOU USE TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES?

Perseverance and collaboration.

WHAT DON’T PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT BEING ON A RACE TEAM? WHAT MISCONCEPTIONS DO PEOPLE HAVE?

It is very hard work with very long days.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN NOT AT THE TRACK?

Reading nonfiction and traveling a ton or, when I'm home, going for a drive in a fun car.
